The Food and Allied Workers’ Union says urgent action is needed by the Department of Trade and Industry to save thousands of jobs.
Major chicken producers have announced steps to begin retrenching more than three-thousand-500 workers. This as they struggle under heavy competition from cheaply imported chickens.
