Terms and Conditions for Sharing FairPlay Bulletin Content


Definitions
“Content” means any written material or information that is made available for sharing under these terms and conditions, excluding images and photography unless expressly stated otherwise. “User” means any individual or entity that accesses, uses, or shares the Content. “Licence” means the terms and conditions for sharing the Content as defined by this document. “Licensor” means FairPlay which owns the rights to the Content and grants the Licence.

Licence
The Licensor grants to Users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual Licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content in any format or medium for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that Users comply with these terms and conditions.

Attribution
Users must give appropriate credit to the Licensor and provide a link to the source of the Content whenever they use, reproduce, or distribute it. Attribution should be given in a way that is reasonable and customary for the medium or means of sharing the Content.

Modification
Users may modify the Content to suit their needs, provided that they clearly mark any changes made to the original material and ensure that the modified Content is still subject to these terms and conditions.

No Endorsement
The Licensor does not endorse any use of the Content by Users, nor does the Licensor make any representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy, quality, or reliability of the Content.

No Warranty
The Licensor provides the Content “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Content’s fitness for any particular purpose or its non-infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Termination
The Licensor may terminate this Licence at any time if Users fail to comply with these terms and conditions. Upon termination, Users must immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies of the Content in their possession.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Licensor and Users regarding the Licence of the Content and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.


By accessing or using the Content, Users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If Users do not agree with these terms and conditions, they should not access or use the Content.
